I’m really into The Outer Worlds 2, and I just finished the “Who Else But Us” quest! It sends you searching all over the Skycutter A102 station for these Protectorate Armorial IDs – basically, ID cards left by the guards who died defending the place. Let me tell you, that station is massive, and with all the wreckage and those annoying Raptidons running around, finding those cards was a real pain. I wanted to share where I found all the Armorial ID cards, and what you get as a reward for finishing the quest. Hopefully, this will make it easier for other players!
Where to Find All Armorial IDs in The Outer Worlds 2
Protectorate Armorial IDs are located on the bodies of dead Protectorate soldiers within Skycutter A102. The first ID is near a locked chest requiring five IDs to open – you’ll find it right next to the chest itself. Now, simply locate the remaining IDs. No special skills or abilities are needed, just careful observation.
Find the Skycutter Entrance Key on the corpse beside the chest. Then, return to the locked door you passed earlier and use the key to unlock it. Once inside, begin your search.
Protectorate Armorial ID #2
You’ll find the second ID card on a body located on the first floor of the Skycutter facility. Go through the door you unlocked with the Entrance Key, then jump out the window. The body is to the right of the large elevator shaft, but be warned – it’s heavily guarded by turrets and robots, so get ready for a tough fight! Using Shock or Corrosive weapons will be especially effective, and try to avoid getting hit.

The third identification marker is located quite a bit higher than the first one. Head upstairs until you find two Raptidon Hunters and defeat them. Then, climb the ladder shown in the picture.
You’ll notice a bloodstain on the floor. Just beyond it, you’ll find the third body resting against the railing by a pillar.
Protectorate Armorial ID #4
The fourth ID is located on the sixth floor of the Skycutter facility. From where you found the last ID, head upwards using the stairs and platforms. You’ll eventually see a very long ladder that leads to the sixth floor. Once there, you’ll find an elevator, and right beside it is the fourth body – it contains the Protectorate Armorial ID and the elevator key. Taking these items and using the elevator will start a fight with a Raptidon.
Protectorate Armorial ID #5
The last ID you need is located on the roof of the Skycutter facility. Take the elevator up to the seventh floor and go outside. You’ll find the final body on the balcony, and it has the ID as well as instructions for shutting down the Skycutter’s power. Use the terminal nearby to turn off the power. Once you do, you can safely take the legendary Thunderstruck melee weapon from the electrified grid next to the body.
The Outer Worlds 2: Who Else But Us Quest Rewards
Once you’ve gathered all the IDs, return to the chest on the first floor and open it. Inside, you’ll find:
- 1 Trauma Kit
- 1 Advanced Decryption Key
- 1 Vestige Data Pad – Cadre 618
- Several hundred Bits
The best reward from this quest is Thunderstruck, particularly if you prefer close-combat builds. It’s a powerful two-handed weapon that sends out electric shockwaves every time you use a strong melee attack. Essentially, it gives you a ranged attack option with unlimited ammo, though it can be slow to use until you unlock certain abilities and skills.
