How to Deal With Symptoms in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check
In Quarantine Zone: The Last Check, you have three options when encountering survivors: let them through, send them to quarantine, or turn them away.
Determining the right course of action involves checking for signs of illness in anyone arriving, to see if they pose an infection risk. If someone has an infection, they shouldn’t be allowed in. If an infection is possible but not confirmed, it’s best to send them to quarantine as a precaution.

- Good to Go: Safe to allow the survivor to pass through the checkpoint.
- Possibly Infected: Send the survivor to quarantine to monitor their symptoms further.
- Infected: Deny entry.
