All Sapper's Armor Piece Locations In Flintlock: The Siege Of Dawn

As a seasoned gamer with countless hours spent exploring open worlds and collecting armor sets, I can’t help but be thrilled by the flexibility offered in Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn. With three armor slots for Helmets, Pauldrons, and Gauntlets, each piece not only enhances Nor’s appearance but also provides unique benefits that make a difference in combat.

In Flintlock: The Siege Of Dawn, players are given the flexibility to outfit themselves with three distinct types of armor: helmets, pauldrons, and gauntlets. There’s a vast array of armor sets for discovery, and the freedom to combine different armor pieces is unrestricted.

Although donning an armor piece may seem like just adding a layer, it grants Nor additional advantages based on the specific equipment, which include enhancements such as heightened damage and swift bullet reload. The combination of two identical armor types results in an extra bonus called “Armor Synergy,” augmenting the perks of each separate armor collection. Newcomers can begin by completing the Sapper armor set; here’s a guide to acquiring all its components.

Where To Get The Sapper’s Helmet

  • Bonus firearm damage when all charges are full: +20%

In Three Peaks, this is the initial armor component that players gain access to, which they obtain by finishing the Battle Hardened mission. Following the conquest of the Hamlet, players will be required to eliminate the remaining bandit flags. Once all flags have been destroyed and the quest is completed, players will receive the helmet as a reward.

Where To Get The Sapper’s Gauntlet

  • Attacks with Enki give 20% black powder charge.

In simpler terms, finishing the Peacekeepers mission in Gavel Gate hamlet earns you the Sapper’s Gauntlet as a reward. This hamlet is an optional side quest that can be accessed early on with some exploration skills. The entrance to the hamlet will be locked, but players can utilize their double jump and Rifts Vortexes to leap over the mountain and reach the other side. Once the hamlet has been cleared, accept the Peacekeepers quest from the Coffee Shop to get started.

Where To Get The Sapper’s Pauldron

  • When a black powder charge is filled, a 3-meter shockwave will push enemies back 5 meters.

During the Powder and Steel main quest, you’ll come across the Sapper’s Pauldron in the Workyard. This is immediately following the Black Powder Factory’s passage. Once you’ve climbed to the factory’s summit and made your way through the courtyard to the back entrance, search for a tunnel with three Rift Vortexes lining its interior. To access a room containing a chest, leap towards the most distant Rift Vortex and glance to the right. However, be cautious as an enemy that explodes will need to be eliminated before approaching.

Wearing a minimum of two armor items grants you a 33.3% enhancement in the amount of black powder you can load. However, there’s no additional advantage from wearing a third armor piece once the Synergy Bonus has taken effect.
