Perform a Successful Inspection

Players need to regularly check the checkpoint and examine many survivors daily for signs of illness. They’ll receive research points depending on how many symptoms they identify during each examination. Here’s a breakdown of the inspection ratings, scores, and the number of symptoms needed for each level:

Discover Symptoms at the Lab

If players examine a survivor and find a symptom they haven’t seen before—one not on their Symptoms Chart—they should document it and send the survivor to the lab for testing.

Players who successfully identify a new symptom will earn 10 Reward Points. If they can discover a complete chain of symptoms – where one symptom leads to a more severe condition – they’ll receive an extra 50 Reward Points.

Send Survivors to the Science Truck

When it’s time to evacuate, players decide whether to send a survivor to the Science Truck or the Military Truck. The Military Truck gives players money, and the Science Truck gives them RP (reward points).

To earn more research points, send survivors to the Science Truck. The number of points you get depends on how many survivors you assign, as detailed below.
