All Tranquil Plants in Grow a Garden (& How to Get Them)

In contrast to Prehistoric Plants, Tranquil plants aren’t a specific collection of crops that can be cultivated for rewards in the event shop of “Grow a Garden”. Instead, they are simply crops with the Tranquil mutation, which you will require to accomplish the Zen event.

As a gamer in the world of “Grow a Garden”, I’ve discovered two options for my surplus harvest: I can either hand over these special fruits to Tanuki, the merchant at the Zen Shop, to accumulate Chi Points, or I could gift them to the Monk to boost the Zen Tree’s level. This guide will walk you through the crops that can be transformed into Tranquil ones, as well as the steps required to obtain the variant fruits in “Grow a Garden”.

In the 1.15.0 update, new players can only acquire the Tranquil mutation for crops that are newly available, with exception of those who possess seeds from previous events.

How to Get Tranquil Plants in Grow a Garden

As a keen gardener in “Grow a Garden”, I eagerly await the Zen Event to occur approximately every hour. During this event, certain crops in my garden may be touched by the radiant Zen Aura. This is an automated process, meaning there’s not much for me to do manually, unless I decide to purchase and place a Tranquil Pet Shard in one of my plots.

As a fan, I can tell you that when your pet acquires the Tranquil mutation, it can make plants tranquil too! Plus, if those peaceful plants come in Gold or Rainbow versions, you’ll receive an additional 2 and 4 points of Chi respectively from the Tanuki NPC.

Best Grow a Garden Tranquil Plants

The plants that yield the highest tranquility are either Prismatics or Transcendents with the Peaceful trait. However, not every one of them is beneficial to maintain in your garden during the event. Some, such as Burning Bud, Ember Lily, and Giant Pinecone, only bloom sparingly, producing just one or two flowers at a time. This results in fewer Tranquil Plants being generated during the 10-minute Zen event round.

Among various plants for a peaceful garden, Bone Blossom, Sugar Apple, and Beanstalk stand out as top choices. These plants may require patience as they take time to mature, but the wait is worth it since they produce an abundance of fruit simultaneously. Moreover, offering their tranquil variants to the Zen Shop merchant will boost your Chi earnings every hour. To expedite their growth, consider using a Triceratops, and with T-Rex, you can apply tranquility to multiple fruits all at once.
