Keep in mind that buying everything from these characters requires a significant amount of in-game currency, so you’ll likely need to spend time defeating enemies to collect it.

All Vendors’ Location (& What They Sell) in Silksong

Pebb

• Location: Bone Bottom

You’ll encounter this NPC first, right in the center of town by the quest board. He sells some useful items, but you won’t be able to buy everything right away. You’ll need to play the game and collect Rosaries from enemies before you can purchase all of his wares.

Shakra

• Location: Multiple Locations

Shakra is the character who creates the maps in *Silksong*. You’ll encounter her in various places, and she’ll give you a quest towards the end of the second act. Each map she sells costs a different amount of Rosaries. She also offers helpful items like the Quill and Compass, which make it much easier to explore the game world.

Forge Daughter

• Location: Deep Docks

You’ll find this character to the right of the bench after you pull the lever and climb down. She sells a powerful Red Tool and another that helps you survive in lava areas. Once you get the Ruined Tool, you can return to Forge Daughter to create a Silkshot tool.

Mort

• Location: Far Fields

You can find Mort inside Pilgrim’s Rest. To get there, you’ll need the Drifter’s Cloak, which lets you fly on the air currents. Visiting Mort’s shop normally requires paying for Rosaries each time, but there’s a trick to avoid this. Once inside, go outside and destroy the mechanism on the door – this will keep it permanently open.

Mottled Skarr

• Location: Hunter’s March

To find this character, you’ll need to get to Hunter’s March. The entrance is guarded by a tough Ant Guardian, which can be difficult to defeat without the dash ability. Also, Mottled Skarr disappears after Act 1, but you can still find his items in the area above where he used to be.

Frey

• Location: Bellhart

You’ll find Frey in Bellhart, but they won’t be immediately available. You need to complete the Threadspun Town quest and free them from the Silk threads before you can trade with them. Once you’ve defeated Widow, you can head down and talk to Frey to see what they have for sale.

You can get more of these items by finishing the “My Missing Courier (Wish)” quest and opening the Bellhome. To get the Gramophone, you’ll need to give all the Psalm Cylinders to Vaultkeeper Cardinius, who you can find inside the Whispering Vaults.

Twelfth Architect

• Location: Underworks

Once you’ve learned the Clawline ability, return to the starting area. Look for a grapple point directly above you. Use the harpoon to reach it, then head straight for the Architect’s workshop to browse her goods. The Architect’s Key unlocks the Chapel of the Architect, allowing you to obtain the Architect Crest.

Jubilana

• Location: Songclave

You can find this vendor by starting the Wandering Merchant quest in Songclave. After completing that quest, she’ll begin selling items. She also has a second quest, Lost Merchant (Wish), and completing it will unlock even more items for purchase.

Grindle

• Location: Blasted Steps

You first meet Grindle locked up in a cell within The Marrow, and you have the option to release him. Whether you do or not, he’ll eventually escape on his own. You’ll encounter him in a few different places before finally finding him in Blasted Steps. However, you’ll need the double jump ability to reach where he’s sitting in Blasted Steps.

He offers tools to boost your Rosary benefits, and you can also buy the Magnetite Dice from him if you didn’t get it earlier – either by winning it from Lumble in Act 1 or finding it on his body in Act 2.

Vog

• Location: Putrified Ducts

You’ll first find Vog in the Putrified Ducts. After you speak with her, she’ll move to wherever the Flea Caravan is currently located. Eventually, she’ll settle in Fleatopia, which is also in the Putrified Ducts. You can buy information about the locations of any Fleas you haven’t found yet by trading her Rosaries.
