In Hytale, getting better weapons is essential for making progress. As you explore new areas and tougher challenges, enemies become more powerful, so you need to upgrade your gear to stay alive.
Similar to Minecraft, you can’t upgrade weapons directly in Hytale – you have to craft new ones. While basic weapons can be made right from your inventory, more powerful weapons require a special crafting station. How to Make a Blacksmith Anvil
In Hytale, you can create better weapons using a Blacksmith’s Anvil. This crafting station is located in the Crafting tab of the Workbench, and you only need a Tier 1 Workbench to build it.

All Weapons in Hytale & How to Craft Them
In Hytale, players can craft five different kinds of weapons – swords, maces, battleaxes, daggers, and bows – using a Blacksmith’s Anvil.
Weapons come in six different levels of power: Iron, Copper, Thorium, Cobalt, Adamantite, and Mithril. As players upgrade to higher tiers, their weapons become stronger, letting them defeat tougher enemies.
