In Sniper Elite Resistance, the debut mission titled “Behind Enemy Lines” is Mission 1, which features the initial Workstation in the game. This level may not possess the intricacy and challenge of later stages, but it provides a suitable starting point for new players. However, there’s a chance you might overlook the first Workstation if you’re not meticulous in your exploration.
Behind Enemy Lines is well-equipped to kick off a Campaign: It introduces us to Harry Hawker, provides tutorials on gameplay mechanics, and its structured linearly to ease us into the open levels ahead. Furthermore, Sniper Elite Resistance Mission 1 contains the Workbench Collectible.
So let’s get the first mission done as easily as possible and get you on the board.
Behind Enemy Lines Mission 1 Workbench Location in Sniper Elite Resistance
In the first mission of Sniper Elite Resistance, the “Behind Enemy Lines Workbench” can be found concealed beyond a barricaded entrance.
With the screenshots given, you’ll notice the pathway to reach the Workbench. Fortunately, unlike some subsequent levels, there’s just a single one to locate this time. Yet, due to Sniper Elite’s dynamic gameplay and freedom, it’s possible to complete the level without noticing it.
At the beginning of this stage, there’s only a single route available to lead you to the Workbench area. This route involves going beneath a bridge, firing at the Dam, and then scaling upwards. Upon reaching the summit, you’ll find that the Workbench is located inside a house directly in front of you.
Indoors, on your left side, you’ll spot a sealed doorway. Here are three possible strategies for handling sealed doors in Sniper Elite Resistance:
1. Find an alternate route or key to open the door.
2. Forcefully break down the door using explosives or brute force.
3. Ignore the door and continue exploring other areas.
- Use a found Crowbar.
- Dismantle them using your hands.
- Shoot the boards.
The approach taken for each problem varies according to its specific circumstances. In this case, discovering a crowbar by the door offers an uncomplicated and silent resolution.
Remove the planks from the entrance, step inside, and there you’ll find the Workbench. Approach it and engage with it to log the Collectible, marking its position on the map for future sessions of this mission.
(Or)
Step into the room by taking off the door boards, make your way towards the workbench that awaits you, interact with it to note down the location of the Collectible, ensuring it’s marked on the map for any repeat plays of the mission.
What Do Workbenches Do in Sniper Elite Resistance?
Workbenches serve as places where you can obtain fresh weaponry and improve existing components, and they’ve made an appearance in the Sniper Elite series previously.
To gain access to additional Suppressors, parts that lessen recoil, and a host of other beneficial items, locate Workbenches in the game and utilize them. This feature will simplify your gaming experience, making it less daunting to tackle missions on Authentic Difficulty. Additionally, it will make Resistance’s Trophies and Achievements list more achievable for you.
