Embark Studios has shared its plans for ARC Raiders over the next four months, from January to April. Fans have been eagerly waiting for this roadmap since the game’s release in October 2025, and it looks like it will deliver a lot of new content and improvements.
Every month, ARC Raiders will get updates centered around a new theme, including new enemies, better maps, improvements to gameplay, and plenty of in-game events. Above all, the game’s developers have promised to significantly deepen the story and background of the game with these updates.
ARC Raiders Roadmap Finally Unveiled
ARC Raiders had a difficult start to the year, with problems like cheating and exploits becoming widespread over the holidays. However, the developers at Embark Studios quickly addressed these issues when they returned to work, and the newly released roadmap is giving players something exciting to anticipate.
That includes a four-part update spree that rewards players with new content once per month.
Here’s the full spread:
January – Headwinds
- New matchmaking option (level 40+)
- New minor map condition
- Player project
February – Shrouded Sky
- New map condition
- New ARC threat
- Player project
- Raider Deck
- Map update
- Expedition window
March – Flashpoint
- New map condition
- New ARC threat
- Player project
- Scrappy update
April – Riven Tides
- New map
- New large ARC
- New map condition
- Expedition window
February will bring a new game feature called Toxic Swamp, which players discovered a few weeks ago. We already knew February would also include a new Raider Deck and the start of a new Expedition.
Honestly, I’m a little bummed we have to wait until April for a really big update with a major threat and a new map. But hearing they might drop something for the map in February? That’s enough to keep me playing for now, I guess!
ARC Raiders has a lot of exciting content on the way, as shown in the game’s roadmap. Embark Studios is dedicated to continually developing and improving the game for the long term.
