With the recent ARC Raiders Flashpoint Update, a new challenge called the High-Gain Antenna Project is available. To complete it, players need to gather some rare materials, like Vaporizer Regulators and Assessor Matrixes. Successfully finishing the project unlocks great rewards, including 500 Raider Tokens, which can be used to get cosmetic items such as the new Wasp Hunter set.
This guide shows players how to find all the materials needed for the High-Gain Antenna Project. It details where to find each resource and lists the rewards earned at every step.
High-Gain Antenna Project Guide
Okay, so I’m working on the High-Gain Antenna Project in ARC Raiders, and it’s a three-part thing. Each time you finish a stage, you get a reward, and there’s a really good one at the very end. The tricky part is finding all the resources you need for each stage. I’ve been looking everywhere, so I put together a complete guide to all the resources in the game to help myself β and hopefully you β out!
Sturdy Base (Stage 1 of 3)
You can usually find most of the items you need by looting ARC Couriers or ARC Probes. These are generally safe targets during Major Map events, as most players are looking for different loot. However, it’s always smart to have a plan B, especially when opening ARC Probes β they make a lot of noise and can draw unwanted attention.
| Resources | Found in | Rewards |
|---|---|---|
| 25 ARC Alloys | Most ARC Enemies, Probes, Couriers | Torrente II |
| 10 ARC Flex Rubber | Probes, Couriers, Medium ARC Enemies, Bastions, Bombardiers | Extended Medium Mag III |
| 10 ARC Performance Steel | ARC Couriers, Probes, Bastions, Bombardiers, Rocketeers | Extended Barrel |
| 15 Advanced ARC Powercells | From most ARC Enemies, but especially Surveyors, Bombardiers, and Bastions | Padded Stock |
As a Fallout 76 player, I’ve found the best way to get ARC Performance Steel, Flex Rubber, and Powercells is by taking down Bastions or Bombardiers. It’s even faster if you can find a group of them to fight! Just a heads-up though β be careful of Raiders, because they’re always looking for players to attack, so keep an eye out for PvP!
Data Logger (Stage 2 of 3)
The second stage is the hardest to complete. It requires players to tackle challenging ARC Operations maps and defeat powerful enemies called Vaporizers. Vaporizers are weakest when shot in their core, which makes them raise their shields and move to a new position. After they lower their shields and begin firing lasers, a Wolpack Grenade can quickly destroy them.
| Resources | Found in | Rewards |
|---|---|---|
| 15 ARC Coolants | Most ARC Enemies, Probes, Couriers, Baron Husks | Bobcat III |
| 15 ARC Thermo Lining | Probes, Couriers, Medium ARC Enemies, Bastions, Bombardiers | Extended Light Mag III |
| 4 Vaporizer Regulators | Vaporizers, ARC Couriers during Hurricane or Close Scrutiny map conditions. | Vertical Grip III |
| 6 Assessor Matrixes | From Assessors during the Close Scrutiny map condition. | 100 Raider Tokens |
I’ve noticed that I’m finding ARC Coolants and ARC Thermo Lining more often when I raid Bastions and Bombardiers. If you’re still needing those materials, you might have to take on a few extra of those enemies to stock up.
During Close Scrutiny, examiners often have many valuable items, but be careful β the ARC Swarm guards these probes closely.
Parabolic Dish (Stage 3 of 3)
This is likely the most challenging part of the Project. Players will need to collect a large number of Surveyors to obtain 10 Vaults. While ARC Couriers can sometimes drop Surveyor Vaults, success largely depends on luck.
| Resources | Found in | Rewards |
|---|---|---|
| 10 Surveyor Vaults | Surveyors and Couriers | Vita Spray |
| 20 ARC Synthetic Resins | Probes, Couriers, Medium ARC Enemies, Bastions, Bombardiers, Baron Husks | Photoelectric Cloak |
| 15 Vaporizer Regulators | Vaporizers, ARC Couriers during Hurricane or Close Scrutiny map conditions. | Snap Hook |
| 18 Assessor Matrixes | From Assessors during the Close Scrutiny map condition. | 400 Raider Tokens |
You can find Synthetic ARC Resin on Baron Husks and most enemies that use ARC energy, but getting it relies on luck. Assessors are a good source, and to get even more, players will need to explore the new ARC Operations map condition and complete its challenges.
Players familiar with Vaporizer Regulators will know what to do, and Assessor Matrixes are available for those who are fast and have Smoke Grenades and a Photoelectric Cloak to sneakily collect them from the Assessors.
