In ARC Raiders, shields are essential for winning fights and staying alive. Whether you’re facing off against other players or massive ARC machines, a fully charged shield can absorb a lot of damage. As you progress in the game, you’ll unlock more powerful shields to help you survive even longer. All Shield Types in ARC Raiders
In ARC Raiders, players can use three different shields: Light, Medium, and Heavy. You’ll start with the Light shield, but you can find Medium and Heavy shields while exploring the game’s maps. Each shield reduces the amount of damage you take, protecting your health.

How to Recharge Shields in ARC Raiders (All Items)
In ARC Raiders, when you get hit, your shield will protect you by absorbing some of the damage. The remaining damage will then affect your health. Shields don’t last forever, though! You’ll need to use items to recharge them during and between battles to avoid getting seriously hurt.

Before a match, players can fully restore their shield’s health by repairing it through the action menu in Speranza.
