Embark Studios has released a new update for their game, ARC Raiders, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The update, version 1.1.0, includes bug fixes and improvements to make the game more enjoyable. ARC Raiders has been popular for the developers at Embark, but like most online games, it’s had some issues. Embark is committed to keeping the game running smoothly with regular updates.
While today’s update doesn’t introduce completely new content, Embark Studios has revealed its plans for ARC Raiders throughout 2025 and beyond – with support planned for at least the next decade. They’re starting strong with a series of updates for players. This month’s ‘North Line’ update will include a new map, event, enemies, items, and quests. Then, in December, the ‘Cold Snap’ update will add a snowy map condition, new quests, and other additions.
ARC Raiders Deploys Update 1.1.0
Embark, the studio behind ARC Raiders, is committed to making sure players have a great experience. Following some server problems last week, they quickly released a hotfix. Now, just a week later, a larger update – version 1.1.0 – is available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. This update includes numerous bug fixes and improvements designed to enhance the player experience, details of which can be found below.
The latest update, arriving on Saturday, November 8th, will introduce new map conditions. Hidden Bunker and Electromagnetic Storm will be active on all maps, and a new Night Raid will be available on the Blue Gate map in ARC Raiders. Other changes in update 1.1.0 include a visible charge progress for repairing Integrated Shields, adjustments to barricade placement to prevent blocking ziplines, and the addition of the Punch Hands emote, which was a bonus for pre-ordering the game.
Players who tried to access the new shooter ARC Raiders on Sunday, November 2nd, during a server outage are receiving a thank you gift. The developers have issued 500 Tokens to those affected by the downtime as compensation. These tokens are already available in the game for players who attempted to log in over the weekend.

- Fixed the issue where the Integrated Shield Recharger was only recharging when equipped.
- Fixed an issue where Augment skills sometimes did not work.
- Fixed exploit using deployables pushing players through walls.
- Added a charge progress for Integrated Shield repair.
- Fixed an issue where Health Regen skills wouldn’t work if they were triggered while DBNO.
- Fixed the bug where the Well-Travelled achievement wouldn’t register.
- Barricades can no longer be placed near zipline exit points.
- Added the Punch Hands emote (preorder bonus) in game.
- Changed the schedule so new Map Conditions become available Saturday.
