It’s anticipated that it will introduce new licensed teams, although there’s much chatter about whether AC Milan and Inter Milan might appear.

Will AC Milan and Inter be in FC 25?
Unfortunately, AC Milan and Inter will not appear in EA FC 25. You won’t find them in any game modes such as Career Mode, Ultimate Team, or Kick Off. Additionally, their shared home ground, the legendary San Siro, will also be missing from the game.
Prior to the developer’s in-depth investigations, whispers about their disappearance had already circulated. The truth was eventually verified during the FC 25 beta testing phase. Photos from this stage show both teams adopting distinct names and emblems. In the new setup, AC Milan is referred to as Milano FC, while Inter is known as Lombardia FC.
To clarify, even though the characters in this game are fictional representations of the players, they’ll retain their real-life appearances and names.

Why aren’t AC & Inter Milan in EA FC 25?
As reported by ‘DonkTrading’, AC Milan and Inter have entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Konami’s eFootball, explaining why these two teams won’t be featured in FIFA 25. Instead, they will join Atalanta and Lazio as teams that are exclusive to the PES series. This leaves only 16 out of the 20 Serie A teams available under licensed terms in EA Sports FC.
As a long-time football enthusiast with a deep affection for both Italian football and video games, I am thrilled to hear that Napoli and Roma will be making their return to EA’s esteemed football title this year. Having missed out on these iconic teams in EA FC 24, I was forced to explore alternative options such as eFootball. However, it feels like a homecoming to have them back in the fold for the upcoming release.
Although it didn’t secure crucial licenses, Football Club (FC) 25 still has a lot to look forward to with an array of fresh gameplay elements and the enhanced FC IQ strategic upgrade.
