Arknights Endfield, a new free-to-play sci-fi action RPG from Hypergryph and Gryphline, launched today on PlayStation 5, PC, and mobile. Unfortunately, many players are reporting unauthorized charges to their PayPal accounts, creating a problem on launch day.
Arknights Endfield Players Report Unauthorized PayPal Charges
Many Arknights: Endfield players on X (formerly Twitter) are reporting that their PayPal accounts have been hacked. One user, Naru, shared details of unauthorized purchases made through a victim’s account, all traced back to a company called Gryph Frontier PTE. LTD. These charges are appearing in different currencies—like US dollars, Japanese yen, Canadian dollars, and Euros—and some players are being charged multiple times for the same item.

The Arknights Endfield X team is temporarily fixing a problem with PayPal payments after some players reported issues. While they work on it, they recommend using other ways to pay.
