Astro Bot is Getting Another Free DLC Tomorrow With New Bots

As a gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I must say that the announcement of an Astro Bot Christmas DLC has me absolutely thrilled! It’s not every day that we get to revisit our favorite games and uncover hidden treasures. Having completed the game earlier this year, I can’t help but feel a sense of accomplishment knowing that I’ll be among the first to explore the Winter Wonder level.

A special downloadable content pack for Astro Bot over the holiday season was recently announced. This pack introduces several fresh bots that can be collected, but they’re exclusive to players who have already finished the main game.

The surprise announcement came courtesy of a new PlayStation blog post.

After launching Astro Bot on PlayStation 5 earlier this year, we’ve been touched by the heartwarming feedback from you and the wider PlayStation community. We’re thrilled about the global acclaim our game has received. From the depths of our team, a heartfelt thank you for your kind words. It genuinely means a lot to us.

In appreciation for your support, I’m thrilled to share some exciting news! The creative minds behind Astro Bot have been diligently working and have crafted a fresh level called “Winter Wonder”. This extra content will be available starting Thursday, December 12th at 6:00 pm PT.

The fresh add-on for Astro Bot, titled as DLC, is accessible right now exclusively on PlayStation 5. This latest DLC follows the release of the initial free DLC, which introduced a grand total of 10 new Astro Bots and 5 brand new speedrun levels to the game.

Back in November, I was thrilled to learn that my favorite new game, Astro Bot, managed to sell a whopping 1.5 million copies just within its first couple of months on the market! Can you believe it? The gaming world is really taking notice of this gem.

As an enthusiast, here’s what I’ve gathered: The voice actor behind Geralt in the Witcher series found himself in a bit of hot water with CD Projekt Red over his comments about Witcher 4. Keep yourself updated by subscribing to our weekly newsletter!
