Astro Bot Will Get Post-Launch DLC

As a die-hard gaming enthusiast with decades of experience under my belt, I must say that Astro Bot‘s release is like a breath of fresh air in the gaming world! The prospect of additional challenge and speed run levels has me buzzing with excitement!

The launch of Astro Bot has arrived, yet discussions have arisen concerning potential Downloadable Content (DLC) in the future. Fortunately, it seems that the main game isn’t the full extent of what developers Team Asobi have in store for us

At a unique preview event exclusively attended by select guests, Team Asobi unveiled their future plans for Astro Bot. The developer intends to incorporate ten challenging stages and an additional five speed-focused stages for gamers

So far, no release window or actual public confirmation from the developers have been announced.

In the standard version, Astro Bot features a total of 300 bots that need saving. Out of these, around half are tributes to different PlayStation characters and games from the past. Similarly, Astro’s abilities and skills bear resemblance to some iconic characters from gaming history

Astro Bot is available starting September 6 exclusively on PlayStation 5.
