Astro’s Playroom No Escape Trophy Guide

Astro's Playroom No Escape Trophy Guide

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades under my belt, I can confidently say that the latest addition to Astro’s Playroom, the rescue mission for the trapped bots, has been an exhilarating challenge. The No Escape trophy guide for Memory Meadow has been particularly intriguing, pushing me to delve deeper into the game’s nooks and crannies.

In “Astro’s Playroom”, four unique bots have been captured and hidden in various locations. Successfully locating them will grant additional trophies for the PS5 game. This guide will walk you through finding the captive bot in “Memory Meadow” to earn the “No Escape” trophy.

Ensure that you’ve successfully defeated the ultimate boss in Astro’s Playroom, prior to attempting to rescue the four trapped Special Bots.

First off, navigate to the Memory Meadows’ Gusty Gateway section of the travel menu. Once you enter, veer right immediately upon stepping into the initial part of the stage. Look for a battery hidden in the ground by pulling on the attached cords. Prior to collecting this cell, proceed further and trigger the activation of the bridges en route to the first checkpoint. Near the checkpoint, you’ll come across a bot with a bug net and another one hiding within some bushes.

Currently, your task is to walk over to the location behind the concealed bush where a monkey is hiding, and then toss the phone at the distant blue-tinted cloud. Although it’s somewhat blurry, once you reach the correct position, a targeting marker will appear, making it easier for you to hit it. The images provided should assist you in finding the right spot.

To unveil the unique robot is imminent, however, there’s one more action required before the prize (the trophy) is attained and the monkey finds freedom.

As a dedicated gamer, I should keep advancing in this level until I spot a peculiar cloud that resembles a console controller billowing iconic console designs. Then, I’ll leap onto it for a ride, letting the cloud ferry me closer to a wall adorned with ledges.

Climb onto the platforms to locate a Bot equipped with a camera, capturing two other bots on a cliffside. Perform your charged spin attack near the bot and a banana will drop. The goal now is to bring that banana to the monkey stuck in Ape Escape.

To complete the last task, the monkey will start dancing (or doing emotes), and your job is to mimic these actions by pressing the diagonal keys on the control pad. It’s important to note that the sequence of movements may vary for each attempt. Keep in mind that if you make a mistake, you’ll have to collect another banana to try again.

To help you figure out which buttons are for which moves, use these tips:

  • The move where he’s kicking his feet with his hands behind his back is the down button.
  • The shimmying disco move with one hand on the hip is the right button.
  • The ‘Carlton’ dance (look it up if you don’t know what this is) is the left button.
  • The up button is the popular Floss dance made popular by Fortnite. It’s the one where you move your arms together in front and then behind your body.

Once you do it correctly, the Astro’s Playroom trophy is yours!
