The *Pikmin* series began in 2001 and has had four main games released since then. The latest installment, *Pikmin 4*, came out in 2023 and was well-received by both critics and players. It has sold over three million copies, with Japan accounting for more than a third of those sales, making it the most popular game in the *Pikmin* series so far. Despite being a success, there are currently no plans for downloadable content (DLC).

One Piece features many incredibly strong characters. Some are still alive and part of the ongoing story, while others have passed away. Regardless, each of these powerful figures presents a significant challenge to the main character, Luffy.

This game is a live service title, meaning it has all the features you’d expect from that type of game. Despite that, we’re hopeful about where it’s going, especially since it’s still in Early Access and the developers have a lot of room to make improvements.

Ronda is a small town in southern Spain with a rich history. The area around it was inhabited in prehistoric times, and over the centuries, it has been influenced by various cultures, including the Romans, Suebi, Visigoths, and Arabs. The town is dramatically situated on top of a steep gorge called El Tajo, where the Guadalevín River flows through, effectively dividing the city in two. Getting from one side of Ronda to the other requires a significant descent, a crossing over the only bridge, and then a steep climb back up. Because of its strong defenses, Ronda wasn’t captured by the Crown of Castile until 1485 – seven years before the discovery of America and almost 250 years after the fall of Córdoba.

Jurassic World Evolution 3 launches on October 21st, completing the trilogy from Frontier Developments. The latest installment adds two popular features from their other games, Planet Coaster and Planet Zoo: baby dinosaurs and the ability to build structures using modular parts.

This month, Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and PC members can now play Supermarket Simulator on the cloud, console, and PC. It’s one of several new games available in October, including three titles released on day one.

Bungie has faced some difficulties recently. The ‘Edge of Fate’ expansion wasn’t well-received by players, and the developers had to undo some changes to ‘Destiny 2’ after strong negative feedback from the community. Now, the game is also experiencing a decline in the number of players on PC.

Ekos is a new storytelling world—spanning comics and other media—created by the minds behind popular comic books. It’s a collaboration between Aspen Comics and David Maisel, a founder of Marvel Studios. The first comic book in the Ekos series launched in August 2025, following a very successful Kickstarter campaign that raised over $238,000—nearly five times its original goal—from 1,768 supporters.

Atsu, the main character in the game’s sequel, experienced a terrible childhood trauma when her family was violently murdered. Years later, she returns to the island of Ezo – the setting of *Ghost of Yotei* – seeking revenge on those who wronged her. Though her path is filled with darkness, Atsu meets many compelling characters along the way, including villains who leave a lasting impression. These characters are what players remember most about the game.

Originally unveiled at The Game Awards in 2021 as a free-to-play cooperative shooter, *ARC Raiders* has evolved into a player-versus-player-versus-environment extraction shooter. Set in a post-apocalyptic future where most of humanity lives underground, players take on the role of raiders, scavenging for resources and fighting to survive on the dangerous surface. *ARC Raiders* is scheduled to launch on October 30th for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
