Initially, Leon made his appearance in the 1998 game “Resident Evil 2”, having recently graduated from a police academy and joining the Raccoon Police Department. In “Resident Evil 4” six years later, he is tasked with rescuing the US president’s daughter, Ashley Graham, in a remote Spanish village. Leon was last seen in “Resident Evil 6”, which marked the end of the mainline games before Ethan Winters took center stage. As for when or if Leon will return to a “Resident Evil” game, it remains uncertain; however, given the current trajectory of the series, fans may anticipate some significant shifts.

On the other hand, numerous open-world games prioritize combat over exploration as their main feature. From massive battles requiring strategy to intense fights with formidable bosses, these games cater to different tastes in combat.

In 2022, Marvel Studios is releasing three films within the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) – Captain America: New World Order, Thunderbolts*, and The Fantastic Four: Beginnings. The second film has recently been unveiled and it quickly seized the top spot at the box office during its opening weekend. Thunderbolts* surpassed Chris Evans’ Captain America, and even though everyone is still basking in the euphoria of its success, there’s already talk among writers about a potential MCU project that was reportedly put on hold. If this project comes to fruition, fans will undoubtedly be thrilled, as it has been more than five years since it was initially announced.

The video game series known as “Silent Hill” began in 1999, immersing players in a chilling town and its terrifying monsters. This series was later transformed into a movie in 2006, with Christophe Gans, who also co-wrote and directed it, using it as a continuation of his previous work, the French martial arts werewolf film “Brotherhood of the Wolf.” A follow-up titled “Silent Hill: Revelation,” directed by M.J. Bassett and starring Kit Harington from “Game of Thrones,” was released in 2012. Unfortunately, this second movie received harsh criticism, halting the film series’ development for a while.

While Jon Snow, Tyrion Lannister, and Daenerys Targaryen were the main figures, Game of Thrones was known for its lesser-known characters who played significant roles in the story, sometimes overshadowed by the dramatic twists and groundbreaking events that made the show a television phenomenon. Characters with limited screen time significantly enriched the narratives in Westeros and Essos, although they are often overlooked by viewers.

In addition to the fresh content and updates in the upcoming expansion for Destiny 2 titled The Edge of Fate, there’s been a recent unveiling of a new vehicle – the Griffin. Unlike Sparrows and Skimmers, the Griffin will come equipped with mounted guns, which is an aspect that hasn’t been significantly featured in the Destiny franchise so far. However, the introduction of the Griffin could potentially enhance vehicle combat, something that has been a significant gameplay element in the Borderlands series since its inception. This could mark a change for the better in the way vehicle combat is approached within the Destiny universe.

In this new take on “The Lord of the Rings,” the original production team led by Peter Jackson, Philippa Boyens, and Fran Walsh, along with Andy Serkis, rejoin for a spinoff. Serkis will not only resurrect his character, Gollum, but also direct the movie. Known as “The Hunt For Gollum,” this tale unfolds in the aftermath of Bilbo Baggins’ eleventy-first birthday party from 2001’s “The Fellowship of the Ring.” Here, Gandalf tasks Aragorn with locating Gollum, believing he may possess valuable insights regarding Bilbo’s ring, which is suspiciously identified as the One Ring.

One great spot for obtaining the Sorcerer’s Ring is within the Robber’s Glen Cave, situated south of the Imperial City in the revamped version of Oblivion, known as Oblivion Remastered. Compared to other loot caves in the game, it’s relatively smaller but still packs a punch with some connecting tunnels and a boss chest at its entrance.

In continuation of the 2019 blockbuster, “Death Stranding 2” is slated for release on June 24. Although the narrative details of Hideo Kojima’s forthcoming action-adventure game remain unclear, it is set eleven months after the occurrences in “Death Stranding”. Players will resume their role as Sam Bridges, now settled in Mexico with his ‘bridge-baby’, Lou. As we approach the game’s release date in less than a month, Kojima has been discussing the future of the “Death Stranding” franchise beyond “Death Stranding 2”.
