Avatar: The Last Airbender AAA RPG Has Been Confirmed

As per an IGN report, Paramount Game Studios and Saber Interactive are working together on creating an action role-playing game of high quality (AAA) based on the world of Avatar: The Last Airbender.

According to the latest update, the game is planned to take place within the Avatar Legends Universe and will be developed under close partnership with Avatar Studios, a company led by the original series’ creators, Michael DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko.

Few specifics about the Avatar: The Last Airbender Role Playing Game have been disclosed so far, but Saber Interactive and Paramount Game Studios refer to it as “the most extensive game in the franchise yet.” Upon its launch, which will be on PC and consoles, players can expect an entirely new Avatar character never seen before. A release date has not been announced yet.
