Here’s a guide on how to locate all Dawnshore God Totem Fragments in Avowed to finish the Scales of the Oathbinder, including where to obtain hints for the Totem of Rightful Rulership and the passive benefits each Fragment offers:

1. Start by playing through the main storyline until you reach the Dawnshore area.
2. In Dawnshore, look for various NPCs who will offer you quests related to the God Totems.
3. Complete these quests to obtain the clues needed to find the Totem of Rightful Rulership. This clue may lead you to a specific location or require you to solve a puzzle.
4. Once you’ve found the Totem of Rightful Rulership, use it to open a portal to the God Realm.
5. Inside the God Realm, search for the Dawnshore God Altars and interact with them using your Totem of Rightful Rulership. Each altar will give you a fragment of the Dawnshore God Totem.
6. Collect all 4 Dawnshore God Totem Fragments to complete the Scales of the Oathbinder.
7. Each Dawnshore God Totem Fragment provides a passive buff that benefits your character in some way, such as increased damage or improved defenses.

As a gamer, once I’ve managed to gather all six Woedica God Totem Fragments and Scales of the Oathbinder, it’s time to make my way to a Party Camp to set up the Totem Core on the Totem Shrine.
