The first big update for Ball x Pit, called ‘The Regal Update,’ is coming out on January 26, 2026, and it will be available to all players at no cost.
This is the first of three big updates planned for the game, with the next two expected in April and July. But players can enjoy the new content included in The Regal Update right now!
Ball X Pit’s ‘The Regal Update’ Introduces Two New Characters
I was so excited to see the new trailer for Ball x Pit X! The biggest news? They’re adding two completely new characters you can actually play as! It’s going to be awesome.
- The Carouser, a character whose returning balls orbit around him
- The Falconer, who is flanked by her two trusted falcons that throw balls
And there’s even more! The Regal Update isn’t just about the changes we already know. They’re adding eight brand new balls to play with, plus a bunch of new passive abilities, which should really shake up how we build our characters. But the coolest part? The developers are keeping one thing totally secret – they’re calling it a “nice surprise”! They seem super confident it’ll be great, so I’m definitely marking January 26th on my calendar – you won’t want to miss it!
