Players who have been expressing concerns about small map sizes during the open beta might be thrilled to discover a remarkable expansion in scale compared to the current maps.

From August 9th to 11th, the inaugural open beta for Battlefield 6 surpassed franchise milestones, boasting a peak of over 521,000 players playing simultaneously at once. Some players have expressed frustration over the limited impact areas of Battlefield 6’s grenade launcher and rocket launcher, finding them less effective in the confined spaces of certain current maps. However, larger maps might encourage more vehicle usage, creating ample targets that could lead to a significant surge in explosive weapon use.
