Battlefield 6 Makes Highly Requested Change to Challenges

Battlefield 6 is updating its challenge system based on player feedback. Now, players can skip challenges specifically tied to the REDSec Battle Royale mode if they prefer. This change seems intended to address concerns about how the REDSec mode was added to the main Battlefield 6 game.

The initial reaction to Battlefield 6’s RedSec has been mostly good, with players enjoying its unique spin on the Battle Royale genre, thanks to a huge map and extensive destruction. However, the new mode faced criticism and negative reviews from some fans who felt it was too central to the main game. Now, responding to player feedback, Battlefield Studios has implemented a popular requested adjustment.

Battlefield 6 Gives Players More Control Over Their Challenges

Hey everyone, just a quick update on Battlefield 6’s daily challenges. The team heard our feedback and made a change to the reroll system! Now, when I reroll a challenge, I won’t get one that only lets me play in RedSec. They’ve also done the same for RedSec players, so they won’t get multiplayer-only challenges when they reroll. Basically, it gives us a little more control over what challenges we get, which is awesome!

The news has been well-received, and many players have complimented the developers for addressing things so quickly. Despite this, the attention has also led some to point out existing problems with the game. A common complaint was about the weapon accuracy issues – specifically, the spread and blur – in Battlefield 6.

Although the launch of Battlefield 6 has been largely successful for EA, some players have expressed disappointment. Concerns range from disliked character designs and frustrating weapon inaccuracies to missing rewards at launch. Fortunately, the developers have been responsive, quickly releasing updates and making adjustments to the game.
