On their official Battlefield Communications site, they’ve admitted there’s been an issue with matchmaking when selecting gameplay options for Battlefield 6. To address this problem, Update 01 has been released. They’re also working on additional solutions for the future which will be detailed further down the line.
It’s unlikely that Battlefield 6 Weekend 2 would run flawlessly without any hitches. This simply highlights the extensive efforts made by Battlefield Studios in testing and promoting the game. Given the massive number of players – possibly millions – eagerly attempting to access the second-week beta, it’s no surprise there’s a significant problem occurring.
Battlefield 6 Update 01 Drops
Since the start of the Weekend 2 beta, the Battlefield Comms X page has remained active, aiming to inform players about any issues or unexpected problems they may come across.
Matchmaking is proving to be one of the biggest walls we want to blow a hole through, though.
In case you’re having trouble finding matches, make sure your application is updated to the latest version. If needed, repair the app using the three-dot menu, and let our team know that we’re working on addressing the issue further.
