Arknights Endfield‘s combat is simple to pick up, but offers a lot of depth for experienced players. Success relies heavily on the Operators you choose and how well they work together, as your team composition significantly impacts your power. This guide will quickly cover some of the strongest team options using the current character roster.
Physical Team
Endmin, Chen, Pogranichnik, Ember
This team focuses on applying as many Vulnerable stacks as possible to set up either Endmin’s Crush or Pogranichnik’s Breach. Chen can quickly apply three Vulnerable stacks with minimal SP, and Ember’s Combo Skill, triggered by taking damage, can max out the Vulnerable stacks on an enemy. To maximize damage, activate Pogranichnik’s Breach before preparing for Endmin’s Crush.
Alternative Physical team
The team often uses Pogranichnik to quickly regain Special Points (SP) and apply Breach. If you don’t have Pogranichnik, you can use these other characters as substitutes to get similar results.
- Ardelia can apply Physical Susceptibility, which increases the Physical Damage taken by enemies. Start with a Final Strike, then follow-up with Ardelia’s Combo and Battle Skills to inflict Physical Susceptibility.
- Lifeng applies Physical Susceptibility if his Battle Skill hits a target with no Vulnerable stacks.
If you’re having trouble with vulnerable applications, Da Pan can provide assistance. For SP recovery, Akekuri is a good choice. Feel free to substitute either of them for Ember if needed.
Last Rite Hyper Carry Team
Last Rite, Xaihi, Perlica, Ardelia
Last Rite can deal a lot of damage, but you first need to freeze enemies with Cryo. While she’s effective on her own, her damage output is highest when teamed up with another Cryo character. Xaihi works particularly well with Last Rite because her abilities complement Last Rite’s focus on powerful finishing blows.
I’m really excited about Xaihi! Her Battle Skill is super useful – it either heals my Operator after they pull off a Final Strike, or gives them an Arts boost if they’re already at full health. And the best part? After they land two Final Strikes, I can unleash Xaihi’s Combo Skill, which adds Cryo to the enemy! It’s going to be great for controlling the battlefield.
Last Rite teams in Endfield perform much better with effects that increase damage output. Perlica and Ardelia further boost Last Rite’s damage by applying Electrification, Corrosion, and making enemies weaker to Arts attacks. They both have abilities that activate when a Final Strike is used, and they can be helpful even without using their main skills. If you prefer to frequently apply the Cryo status effect, you can swap Perlica for Estella instead.
Laevatain Hyper Carry
Laevatain, Akekuri, Wulfgard, Antal
Currently, Laevatain is the strongest character in Endfield for area-of-effect (AoE) damage, but she needs enemies to be consistently affected by Heat Infliction to maximize her potential. Akekuri and Wulfguard work really well to apply this effect.
Akekuri is a strong character overall, especially because her Ultimate restores SP, but she’s most effective on teams that frequently use Arts Reactions. Wulfguard is different – he’s best used as a secondary damage dealer who specializes in applying the Heat status effect.
The strategy is straightforward: quickly ignite everything to allow Laevatain to build up stacks of Melting Flame. Once she has four stacks, her Battle Skill gets stronger, significantly increasing her damage and letting her instantly inflict the Combust effect on enemies around her.
Antal is the core support player for this team. He can instantly inflict Heat, and when you apply any Arts-based effect (like more Heat), you can activate his special ability to add even more Heat. While Ardelia could be used for extra healing, Antal provides everything Laevatain’s team needs to succeed.
Mono Electric Team Comp
Avywenna, Arclight, Perlica, Antal
This team focuses on applying the Electric Infliction status effect, which allows Avywenna to use her powerful Battle Skill and Ultimate. When Avywenna hits an enemy with Electric Infliction using her Final Strike, she can activate her Combo Skill to launch spears behind them. Then, use her Battle Skill to pull those spears back, dealing significant damage to any enemies they hit along the way.
Perlica and Antal can boost Avywenna’s attack power with their skills. Arclight can restore the team’s energy and use Electric Infusion/Electrification with her abilities. However, it’s important to wait until Avywenna has finished creating her spears before using Arclight’s Battle Skill.
