Summary

  • Wind Temtem affect Toxic types & are weak to Electric. Leveraging skills & strategy is crucial.
  • Granpah, Loali, & Gazuma are powerful Wind Temtems with unique traits & high stats in attack & speed.
  • Various locations provide opportunities to catch and evolve Wind Temtems. Balancing team composition is key.

In a nutshell, Temtem resembles Pokemon as a multiplayer role-playing game (MMORPG), in which players capture and engage in combat with an array of distinctive creatures, boasting numerous types, designs, and skills. The Temtem collection is vast, offering plenty for players to acquire and employ during battles. Mastering the role of a Temtem tamer isn’t simple; this game thrives on strategic play, requiring trainers to properly train and organize their teams if they aspire to achieve success, rank high among other players, and conquer tough Dojo challenges that pave the way for advancement.

In the game “Temtem,” you’ll find a multitude of creature types, but one particularly intriguing category is the soaring sky kings, which belong to the Wind type. If you’re drawn to the swiftness and grace of birds or flying reptiles, let me introduce some outstanding wind-type Temtems from the game.

Combining Wind Templars results in no advantage because they are immune to each other’s effects. Moreover, Wind Templars are immune to Earth Templars and unable to inflict significant damage on Electric Templars.

8. Granpah

Overall Stat: 454

  • Granpah cannot be found and tamed in the wilderness.
  • Players can find and tame a Paharac in the following locations, and then evolve it into Granpah after 16 levels.
    • Deniz: Gifted Bridges, Thalassian Cliffs, Saipark, Prasine Coast
    • Omninesia: The Canopath, The Flywalk, The Glassyway
    • Kisiwa: Jino Gap, Kwea Uplands
    • Cipanku: Iwaba, Pillars of Highabove

Granpah is a type of creature called Paharo that has evolved three times, and it looks like a big bird with red feathers all over and green ones around its head. It’s particularly strong in speed (SPD) and special attack power (SPATK), making it an excellent choice for attacking teams. One potential ability for Granpah is Bully, which significantly boosts its attack damage when it faces opponents that outnumber its team by 40%.

Similar to some other Temtem in the game, Granpah can’t be found freely in the wild and must be acquired by evolving Paharo through its entire evolutionary line. Fortunately, Paharos are quite common and can be easily encountered roaming around Deniz, particularly near the Prasine Coast, the Thallasian Cliffs, and the Gifted Bridges.

7. Owlhe

Overall Stat: 460

  • Owlhe can be found in Meadowdale, Arbury.
  • Owlhe can also be obtained by evolving a Towly after 10 levels.

Owlhe is distinguished by its skill in physical attacks and defense, categorized as both Melee and Wind types. However, it has a relatively low Special Defense (SPDEF) rating of 49 and a moderate Stamina (STA) stat of 55. Despite these shortcomings, it boasts some powerful Wind Special Techniques that become available at levels 7 and 10.

With the Bruiser trait, Owlhe enhances its melee combat abilities by a 15% boost. However, this trait is only activated at higher character levels. Meanwhile, the Sentinel trait ensures that neither Owlhe nor its ally will fall asleep during combat. Furthermore, it removes the ‘asleep’ condition from allies as they join the battle.

6. Volarend

Overall Stat: 457

  • Volarend can be found in the following locations:
    • Kisiwa: Kilima Peaks, Mawingu Islets
    • Tucma: Kupeleleza
  • Players can also obtain Volarend by catching Zephyruff and evolving it.

Volarend is a harmful wind Temtem featuring as a large bird with vibrant purple and cyan feathers. It boasts average overall stats, but it’s SPDEF (Special Defense) that really sets it apart. However, what makes Volarend truly exceptional are the techniques it possesses, which can negatively impact its targets.

Powerful abilities such as Venomous Claw, Cold Breeze, and Toxic Plume have the capability to weaken even robust teams, inflicting harmful effects like poison and freezing. Notably, Volarend is the advanced form of Zephyruff, but it can still be encountered in the wild, albeit extremely scarcely. Players should explore Kupeleleza within Tucma and the Kelima Peaks on Kisiwa Island to potentially find this elusive creature.

5. Loali

Overall Stat: 477

  • Loali can be found in the following locations:
    • Omninesia: The Canopath, The Glassyway, The Hangroad, The Flywalk
    • Tucma: Mines of Mictlan
  • Loali can also be obtained by evolving a Swali after 8 levels.

Loali is a swift Pokémon that primarily uses Nature and Wind elements. It’s not so great at taking or dishing out physical attacks but can deal some serious special damage. However, it’s susceptible to fire and toxic attacks. Interestingly, when facing wind, water, or nature-based opponents, Loali only takes half the usual damage. Moreover, against earth-type Pokémon, the damage Loali receives is reduced by a quarter.

Loali possesses two distinct characteristics: she’s a botanist, which boosts her damage output by 15% when using Nature-based skills, and she’s known as “Backhanded,” which allows her creature to regain health for one turn whenever a Status Technique is employed.

4. Wiplump

Overall Stat: 474

  • Wiplump can be found in the following locations:
    • Deniz: Sillaro River
    • Tucma: Kakama Cenote
    • Cipanku: Rice Fields, The Highbelow
  • Wiplump can also be obtained by evolving a Fomu after 20 levels.

Wiplump, which boasts both Wind and Water subtypes, stands out as a versatile Temtem that offers impressive SPATK and SPDEF stats, coupled with decent STA. It’s also worth mentioning that this Temtem features an intriguing design – it’s a tiny dragon-like creature adorned with blue skin, a fiery red horn, and wings crafted from clouds.

Wiplump is the advanced form of Fomu that transforms at level 20. With its remarkable speed and the ability to increase its speed further through the trait called Plethoric, Wiplump makes an excellent offensive partner for a more defensive Temtem like itself. Although not extremely uncommon, you can find Wiplump near Sillaro River in Deniz, Kakakma Cenote in Ducma, and Highbelow in Cipanku. It might be easier to catch and train Fomu to evolve into Wiplump if you keep this in mind.

3. Tukai

Overall Stat: 467

  • Tukai cannot be found and tamed in the wilderness.
  • Players can find and tame a Tuwai, and then evolve it into Tukai at the Dabmis Rest.
  • Tuwai can be found in the following locations:
    • Arbury: Chieftain’s Barrow
    • Tucma: Sons of Crystal
    • Deniz: Dabmis’ Rest
    • Kisiwa: Aisha’s Heart
    • Cipanku: Digital Kami Shrine
    • Omninesia: Altar of the Inner Flame

Tuwai undergoes numerous transformations across various aspects, but among them, Tukai stands out as the most well-rounded option. Its drawbacks lie in its Attack (53) and Defense (52) scores. However, all other stats either exceed 70 or hover around that number.

Given that Water and Wind elements are susceptible to Electricity, it’s highly advised to keep Tukai away from beings skilled in Electric techniques, as the potential harm could quadruple in such encounters.

In terms of abilities, Tukai gains an advantage from Hydrologist, boosting its Water Technique’s damage output by 15%. Additionally, this creature possesses a unique trait called Spreader, which enables Special Techniques with a “Single” target system to harm not just one but both adversaries, at the cost of reducing the damage effectiveness by 15%.

2. Barnshe

Overall Stat: 465

  • Barnshe can be found in the following locations:
    • Deniz: Windward Fort
    • Arbury: Mac Aed’s Crags
  • Barnshe can also be obtained by evolving a Towly after 10 levels.

Barnshe is an intriguing blend of design, boasting mental and wind attributes, making it a valuable asset for teams that excel in swiftly attacking targets with damage. With above-average base stats for speed, special attack, and special defense, coupled with impressive techniques when properly leveled, Barnshe truly shines. Furthermore, its trait, Air Specialist, amplifies the power of all wind abilities significantly.

Barnshe is an advanced version of the Temtem called Towly. In its fully grown state, Barnshe adopts a dramatic posture, sporting pink feathers and a white face. Barnshe is quite rare and can be found wandering only in Winward Fort (Deniz) and Mac Aed’s Crag (Arbury).

1. Gazuma

Overall Stat: 477

  • Gazuma can be found in the following locations:
    • Kisiwa: Matope Road
    • Cipanku: Pillars of Highabove
  • Gazuma can also be obtained by finding a Ganki and evolving it after 27 levels.

I am Gazuma, an electric wind-type Pokémon and the evolved form of Ganki. My design resembles a bumblebee with prominent horns and wings that cascade over my body like a cloak. I boast impressive Special Attack (SPATK) and Special Defense (SPDEF), but unfortunately, my base health stat is one of the lowest in the game. However, due to my potential traits, I prove to be an exceptional support within a team, particularly with the Receptive trait that extends the duration of positive status effects.

You’ll find me roaming sparingly near Matope Road in Kisiwa and the Pillars of Highabove in Cinpaku Island as I am quite elusive.
