As a seasoned gamer with countless hours clocked into various open-world adventures, I must admit that the bike rental system in Infinity Nikki has become one of my favorite features. Having spent countless real-life hours on two wheels myself, the Whimcycle feels like an extension of my own life experiences.
In the game Infinity Nikki, Nikki doesn’t have a specific run button, which means navigating through the expansive world can occasionally be challenging. However, the convenience of using the numerous Warp Spires to quickly teleport across the map significantly simplifies travel.
If you’re looking for a quicker pace in Infinity Nikki, hopping on a Whimcycle (a rentable bike) is the move! In this walkthrough, I’ll be showing you exactly where to grab a bike and teaching you the ropes on how to ride it like a pro.
How to Get a Bike in Infinity Nikki
As a dedicated fan of “Infinity Nikki”, I soon found myself immersed in the game’s expansive world after wrapping up the prologue. In my quest for transportation, I discovered that a bike could be easily obtained by venturing south of Memorial Mountains towards the picturesque Breezy Meadow.
Looking closely at the region surrounding the Cicia Art Academy Field Base Warp Spire, which becomes active as you get closer to it, you’ll notice an emblem for a Whimcycle rental store.
Address the bicycle attendant (after spending 200 Blings) to secure a charming bike known as a Whimcycle within the world of Infinity Nikki. Upon renting, the bike will be at your disposal.
It’s worth noting that you’ll need to rent a Whimcycle again if you lose your bike. If you quit the game and come back, the rented Whimcycle will still be in the same spot. There are also multiple Whimcycle rental locations –just look around the map for the special icon.
How to Use the Bike in Infinity Nikki
After you hop on the bike, you can glance at the lower part of the screen to find the controls. For our gameplay of Infinity Nikki, we utilized a console controller, thus these are the controls for that platform:
- Y (Xbox) – Triangle (PS5) – Get on and off the bike
- LT (Xbox) – L2 (PS5) – Brake/Reverse
- RT (Xbox) – R2 (PS5) – Accelerate
- A (Xbox) – X (PS5) – Jump
Can I Summon or Buy a Bike in Infinity Nikki?
At the moment I’m writing this, it appears there’s no method found within Infinity Nikki for carrying a bicycle with you, and likewise, there seems to be no option to call the bike to your location.
If you decide not to visit the final destination on your Whimcycle, you’ll simply have to shell out 200 Blings to the rental store, which shouldn’t put too much of a strain on your budget.
