Black Myth: Wukong - Where To Find Red Loong (Secret Boss Location)

As a seasoned gamer with countless hours logged into various RPGs and action-adventure games under my belt, I can confidently say that the secret boss fight against Red Loong in Black Myth: Wukong is one for the books!

In Black Myth: Wukong, there are many mysteries hidden for the players to discover. Among them is a secret that’s tucked away in chapter one, but can only be revealed if the Chosen One locates a unique artifact in chapter two first.

In the game Black Myth: Wukong, players can encounter a secret boss hidden behind a waterfall. Defeating this boss rewards valuable loot. However, acquiring the item isn’t simple; you must first conquer other bosses and delve deeply into the environment in chapter two to stand a chance at success.

How To Reach The Secret Boss In Black Myth: Wukong

As a dedicated gamer, I discovered that the elusive boss, Red Loong, is hidden in Black Wind Mountain during its very first chapter, specifically within the Forest of Wolves. To access the secret region, you’ll need a unique item called Red Loong Scales which can be found in chapter two or the Yellow Wind Ridge. Progress through the second chapter and eventually reach Sandgate Village. Engage in combat with the King of Flowing Sand and His Second Son to unlock the Shrine of the Keeper of the Valley of Despair.

Advance to the left from the shrine, continuing your journey until you arrive at a cliffside location. At this point, characters can toss the foul-smelling Pungent Flesh Chunk to call forth the First Rat Prince.

Battle against your superior and aim to provoke him into demolishing the wall adorned with patterns at one side of the battlefield. Upon killing the First Rat Prince, proceed through the gap in the shattered wall to uncover a chest that contains Loong Scales. These scales will help you expose the hidden area.

If players find themselves unable to break the item conventionally, they could summon the Wandering Wight Spirit as a powerful alternative attack.

Where To Find Red Loong In Black Myth: Wukong

As a gamer, I’m currently lurking behind a cascading veil of water in the Forest of Wolves. To reach the Outside the Forest Shrine in chapter one, I need to interact with any Keeper’s Shrine and follow the path. Once there, I should stay on the left side and keep moving until a distinctive waterfall, encircled by statues, catches my eye. The whispering voice I’ll hear when I’m close is my clue that I’ve arrived at my destination.

At a designated spot, you’ll encounter an access point. Step forward to utilize the Loong Scales, thereby unveiling a concealed waterfall doorway. Venture within to engage the Red Loong boss in combat. The battle isn’t as challenging as encounters with other bosses. To ensure success, dodge its electric assaults and continuously strike it with combos until it’s defenseless on the ground. When the three bulbs on its back become visible, attack them repeatedly until one detonates, inflicting tremendous damage.

Keep following the identical process until every last bulb is annihilated. Players will be handsomely rewarded with exceptional loot, such as the Loongwreathe Staff and the Boshan Censer Curio, along with other highly-valued items.
