Black Ops 6 Zombies: Liberty Falls Pack-a-Punch Guide

As a seasoned Zombies player with more rounds under my belt than I can count, let me tell you that the return of Round-Based Zombies in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is music to my ears! And the Pack-a-Punch Machine in Liberty Falls? Oh boy, it’s a game changer!

The highly anticipated game, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, is now available! It’s reintroducing the fan-favorite Round-Based Zombies mode, offering two maps from the get-go. One of these is Liberty Falls, a small town in West Virginia that has fallen prey to an influx of the undead due to a rift from the Dark Aether. As you battle through this zombie-infested land, consider stocking up on ammunition to increase your firepower and extend your survival rounds!

In the thrilling world of Black Ops 6, I found myself standing before the elusive Pack-a-Punch Machine nestled within Liberty Falls. For those who possess the Essence and can unlock the necessary doors, upgrading your firepower becomes a simple task. The results? A jaw-dropping transformation that turns even the most ordinary weapon into a formidable force against the relentless zombie horde, making short work of them in no time!

How to Activate Pack-a-Punch in Liberty Falls

Black Ops 6 Zombies: Liberty Falls Pack-a-Punch Guide

Upon entering Liberty Falls, players start on the Pump & Pay Rooftop. Just jump down to reach the Motel. From there, you can choose between two paths that lead to the Pack-a-Punch Machine, each costing 3750 Essence. You don’t need to worry about which route is best; they both add up to 7500 Essence in total. Here are the routes for finding the Pack-a-Punch in Liberty Falls:

Route A

From my motel, I head northward, where I’ll come across a barricaded area that requires 1,500 Essence to unlock. Once opened, I find myself at Fuller’s Liberty Lanes, a bowling alley. Further exploration leads me to a locked door to the northwest, which will cost another 1,750 Essence to access.

After gaining entry via Fuller’s Liberty Lanes, proceed past the bus and ascend Hilltop Stairs, passing by PhD Flopper on your way. This path leads to another Lock Barrier that demands 2,000 Essence from players. Subsequently, make your way to the Forecourt of the Church to activate the Dimensional Barrier, which requires 2,250 Essence. Upon activation, the Dimensional Barrier grants access to Pack-a-Punch without any further actions needed.

Route B

Once you’ve leaped off the rooftop at Pay & Pump, proceed east towards Main Street. There, you’ll encounter two barriers blocking your path. You can buy one of these barriers for 1,500 Essence, and this will unlock the other as well. So, go ahead and pick whichever one suits you best. Then, continue on to the Backstreet Parking area past the bank. Here, you’ll find another barrier on the left that now costs 1,750 Essence.

Once you’ve acquired the Locked Barrier, players find themselves on the Grease Trap Patio. From there, they can climb the stairs leading to Washington Avenue. Proceeding North along the path brings them to Hill Street, where another Locked Barrier (requiring 2,000 Essence) stands in the way. Now, players arrive at Hilltop and are faced with the last door at the Church – the Dimensional Membrane. This one will set players back 2,250 Essence.

Stepping into the Dark Aether zone instantly grants you access to the Pack-a-Punch feature. To enhance your weapons further, simply use the points you’ve accumulated. However, I’d like to clarify how Pack-a-Punch operates within Black Oops 6:

How Pack-a-Punch Works in Black Ops 6

Black Ops 6 Zombies: Liberty Falls Pack-a-Punch Guide

The functionality of Pack-a-Punch is very similar to its appearance in Black Ops Cold War, where players can buy their initial Pack-a-Punch upgrade for 5,000 Essence. However, in this version, you cannot attach Ammo Mods through the Pack-a-Punch. Instead, you can enhance your weapons through three distinct stages of upgrading.

  • Tier 1: 5,000 Essence
  • Tier 2: 10,000 Essence
  • Tier 3: 15,000 Essence

Each time players enhance their Pack-a-Punch weapon, they get a fresh appearance for the weapon along with replenishment of all ammo. But what really stands out is that each tier of Pack-a-Punch boosts the damage capacity of weapons, making the Ray Gun even more effective in supporting Requiem’s defense.
