Team17 Digital and developer The Game Kitchen have jointly unveiled the expansion for Blasphemous 2 titled “Mea Culpa.” This is additional paid content that offers players an alternate conclusion to the game.
“The publisher announces that ‘Blasphemous II’ is getting an enormous expansion, offering a fresh ending, novel bosses, unexplored zones, new abilities, new adversaries, and new quests. Additionally, players can try out the New Game+ mode to revisit Cvstodia with even more power at their disposal by wielding The Mea Culpa artifact.

This update offers not just the long-awaited New Game Plus mode, but a plethora of additional features as well. - New enemies: Cvstodia’s denizens rise to face you, are you up to their challenge?
- as well as a host of upgrades for the Penitent One, Quality of Life improvements and Achievements.
