Blossoming into maturity, Nel stood firm against Nnoitra, determined to shield her latest companions. From the very beginning, it was evident that as the ex-Third Espada, Nel possessed power far surpassing Nnoitra’s. Her expertise in swordsmanship and immense spiritual energy set her apart from him. The blows from their battle echoed throughout the entire realm, and even Espada thought there were two clashing swords that threatened to destroy Hueco Mundo. While the anime did an admirable job of portraying the characters, the dynamic action panels and striking details of Tite Kubo were unmatched in the manga.
