As a dedicated fan who has witnessed the highs and lows of BLEED Esports since their triumphant 2023 season, I can’t help but feel a mix of anticipation and concern as they prepare for a roster overhaul going into the 2025 VCT. The team’s struggle to maintain their limelight during the 2024 season has been a bit disheartening, but I firmly believe that change is often the catalyst for greatness.
Earlier today on Twitter, BLEED Esports revealed their plans for a significant roster shakeup ahead of the 2025 Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) season. Simultaneously, they unveiled a group of current players who have been designated as Restricted Free Agents. As the 2024 season draws to a close in South Korea, numerous players are expressing interest in becoming part of BLEED’s upcoming team.
BLEED Esports Prepares For Roster Overhaul In 2025
Although BLEED boasted skilled players within the Valorant community, they failed to establish a prominent reputation for themselves in 2024. Contrary to their successful 2023 season, this popular esports team experienced a setback and didn’t achieve the recognition they had previously enjoyed during the past year.
So, it seems they are prepared to make the necessary changes.
The team has shared on Twitter that they’re planning significant changes in their lineup for the 2025 season, implying they’ll be thoroughly evaluating their next moves regarding the players. It’s possible we might witness a fresh set of athletes joining the team ahead of the next VCT season.
Additionally, the team identified several of its players as Free Agents with Restrictions. This means that these players are currently under contract with BLEED Esports, yet they are allowed to consider and accept offers from other teams while still being bound by their existing agreement with BLEED Esports.
