Speak to the Military Detective

To access Second Sea in the game, players must attain a level of at least 700 beforehand. Once this milestone is reached, make your way to the Prison, which lies east of Fountain City. Upon arriving at the docks, you will encounter a Military Detective NPC. He will request that you journey to the Frozen Village and eliminate the Ice Admiral. In addition, he will provide you with a crucial key for future use.

Obtain the key from the Military Detective at the prison docks as your first step. Then, make your way northeast towards Frozen Village island. Upon reaching the island, search for the Ability Cave. Gain entry into the cave by unlocking the wooden door with the provided key. Inside, encounter the Ice Admiral. It’s now time to defeat him.

Return to the Military Detective

Go back to the Military Detective, who will then introduce you to another character named the Experienced Captain. This captain resides on the left side of Middle Town. Your objective is to encounter him next.

You can skip this step altogether and go to the captain directly if you want.

Head to the Middle Town
