Solve the cog puzzle to learn how to traverse the large cog by rotating it so it points toward one of the three accessible tunnels. By doing this, you’ll be able to walk across the cog to the blue tunnel on the opposite side of the room.

After reaching the blue tunnel underpass near the Basement in Blue Prince, look for an opening on your left before proceeding through the gate. This concealed spot can be difficult to notice as it blends seamlessly with its surroundings.
