This small detail has ignited speculation that Viswanthan might be Songbird. While her character is shrouded in mystery, it’s known that she goes by “Mel”. The subtle hint fuels theories about her possible identity as Melissa Gold, better known as Songbird.

It’s Looking More And More Like Geraldine Viswanathan Is Playing Songbird In Thunderbolts*

During an interview with Screen Rant in January to publicize the romantic comedy film “You’re Cordially Invited,” Viswanathan was asked about her role. In the movie, she sang a musical number with Will Ferrell, portraying father and daughter characters named Jim and Jenni.
