Borderlands 4 Announced At Opening Night Live

As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, the announcement of Borderlands 4 has sent waves of excitement coursing through me. During the Gamescom Opening Night Live broadcast on Tuesday, it was revealed that the Borderlands series will return with a new installment called Borderlands 4, which has been jointly announced by Take-Two Interactive and Gearbox Software.

In 2019, the most recent main series Borderlands title was Borderlands 3. However, two side games, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands and New Tales from the Borderlands, debuted in 2022.

For the first time since Take-Two took over Gearbox earlier this year, we’ll see a Borderlands 4 release. Upon its debut, gamers can look forward to playing it on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, as well as personal computers.
