Kimberly Brooks, the voice actor, brings a lot of personality and humor to the character. You might recognize her voice from animated shows like *South Park*, or even as Xivu Arath from *Destiny 2*.
Judy Alice Lee as Vex the Siren
The Voice of Luna Snow in Marvel Rivals

Vex used to work at Mass Market Appeal, and she developed her Siren powers during a very stressful sale. These powers helped her stay grounded while traveling through dangerous galaxies. Judy Alice Lee provides the voice for Vex, and fans may recognize her work as Luna Snow in *Marvel Rivals* and as Melionoe and Echo in *Hades 2*.
Alejandro Saab as Rafa the Exo-Soldier
The Voices of Cyno & Vlad in Genshin Impact

Rafa was once a soldier controlled by the Tediore corporation, but he broke free and now fights as a Vault Hunter, exposing Tediore’s deceit. Callis, known as the Ripper Queen, is the mastermind behind the widespread chaos in Carcadia Burn and throughout Kairos. Driven by a complex and troubled past, she’s brought to life by voice actor Melissa Medina, who perfectly captures her fierce and unpredictable nature. Medina is also known for her work as Zanuhali and Nitowikwe in *Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail*, and Heta Kol in *Star Wars: The Old Republic*.
Delbert Hunt as Rush
The Voice of ESPN Promos and Bronze Tiger in DC’s Deathstroke Knights & Dragons

Rush is a friendly and helpful character players will encounter on Kairos. He dedicates his time to protecting the Outbounders from the Order, and when he isn’t doing that, he’s perfecting his protein bar recipe. Delbert Hunt, the voice actor behind Rush, is known for his roles as Bronze Tiger in *Deathstroke Knights & Dragons*, and has also provided voiceovers for ESPN and FOX Sports.
Kirsten Potter as Zadra
Mara Sov in Destiny 2

Zadra is a direct and practical character who has seen a lot of hardship on Kairos. She believes the Timekeeper’s Order, which isn’t as perfect as it seems, needs to fall after centuries of mistakes. Kirsten Potter, known for her role as the intelligent and commanding Mara Sov in *Destiny 2*, is the perfect choice to capture Zadra’s regal and superior attitude.
Erica Luttrell as Levaine
New Mother in Westworld & Bangalore in Apex Legends

Levaine is a character from the wealthy region of Carcadia, where only the most privileged live. But when her society collapsed, she rose to become a leader, determined to survive even if it meant sacrificing her refined lifestyle. Actress Erica Luttrell brings Levaine to life, and you might recognize her from roles like New Mother in *Westworld* and Bangalore in *Apex Legends*.
Trevor Devall as Defiant Calder
Dukey the Dog in Johnny Test and an Abundance of LEGO Voices

Defiant Calder earned his name by strongly resisting the rules and control imposed by the Order on his people, the Auger. He’s a proud character who demands respect for himself and his mountain home, and believes that true strength comes from within, not from physical size. Fans may recognize his voice actor, Trevor Devall, who played Dukey in *Johnny Test* and famously voiced Emperor Palpatine in *LEGO Star Wars*.
Bruce DuBose as Marcus
A Returning Voice, and Sillad from Solo Leveling

Marcus is a key part of what makes a *Borderlands* game special, and he’s back to narrate the story in *Borderlands 4*. While you won’t see him in the game itself, you’ll definitely hear his familiar, sarcastic voice – once again provided by Bruce DuBose, who has voiced Marcus since the very first *Borderlands* game in 2009.
Brina Palencia as Moxxi
Another Familiar Voice Plays Dragon Ball Z’s Chiaotzu
