Borderlands 4 has been announced to be coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 sometime in 2025.
The news arrived through the Nintendo Direct, a one-hour broadcast primarily centered around details about the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2.
During the live broadcast, Randy Pitchford, head of Gearbox Entertainment, announced the upcoming release of their game on the specified platform without specifying an exact launch date.
As I’m typing this up, it seems that Borderlands 4 is slated for release on various platforms come September 23, 2025. However, I’m eagerly awaiting more news regarding its arrival on the upcoming Switch 2.
Nintendo Switch 2 launches on June 5, 2025.
