Borderlands 4 Players Have Until November 18 to Claim New Shift Code

As of November 11, 2025, a new SHiFT code is available for Borderlands 4 players. This code, which expires on November 18, can be redeemed either on the SHiFT website or through the game’s menu and will grant you three Golden Keys. Usually, Gearbox provides multiple codes for one Golden Key each, but this one gives you three!

Now that Borderlands 4 has been out for a couple of months, Golden Keys are still a great way for players to earn loot even if they aren’t playing constantly. Using a Golden Key on a Golden Chest in any of the Kairos hub areas gives you a high chance of getting several Legendary items without having to fight bosses, finish quests, or rely on random luck.

Randy Pitchford, CEO of Gearbox, recently shared a new Borderlands 4 SHiFT code on his X (formerly Twitter) page: 3ZRBB-WCWZJ-5RJ3W-JJB33-JWBHS. Players can redeem it through the SHiFT website with a linked account, or directly in the game through the SHiFT menu. Unlike most codes which offer just one Golden Key and expire quickly, this one is good for a full week, giving players plenty of time to use it.

Okay, so this new Borderlands 4 SHiFT code is just the newest one they’ve dropped. There are still a bunch of others out there you can use to snag some cool stuff – mostly skins and cosmetic items, you know? Most of the Golden Key codes don’t last long after they come out, but thankfully some of them don’t expire, so you can use them whenever you want!

So, beyond the usual SHiFT codes, I’ve been super hyped for the first real DLC for Borderlands 4 – it’s called ‘How Rush Saved Mercenary Day’! It’s dropping on November 20, 2025, and from what I’ve heard, it’s a really fun holiday-themed story where Rush is trying to bring the cheer back to Mercenary Day. Apparently, he’s up against this new villain, Screw, who’s the Timekeeper’s Minister of Culture. The pack adds a whole new mission, a boss fight, and tons of awesome new legendary gear. Plus, there’s a Vault Card system where you can unlock cool stuff like character heads, skins, weapons, and even vehicle customizations just by completing daily and weekly challenges. It sounds like this is just the beginning of the post-launch content for Borderlands 4, with more seasonal packs coming down the line.
