Borderlands 4 players can now get three new SHiFT codes to unlock Golden Keys. These keys let you get free items in the game. Keep in mind these Borderlands 4 SHiFT codes expire on October 6th, so be sure to use them quickly!
If you connect your account, you can use the SHiFT website to redeem SHiFT codes. Gearbox uses these codes to give players Golden Keys. You can then open any of the four Borderlands 4 Golden Chests in the game with these keys, and they usually contain great loot. The loot you get is scaled to your level, which means it’s useful whether you’re in the middle of a playthrough or focusing on endgame content. Golden Chests have a better chance of dropping Legendary items, making them especially worthwhile.
New Borderlands 4 SHiFT Codes Active Until October 6

Just a heads-up, they only work until October 6th, so you’ll want to redeem them quickly! The good news is, once you *have* the Golden Keys, they don’t expire, so even if you can’t play right away, it’s worth grabbing them before October 6th.

Don’t worry if you miss this opportunity! Gearbox has been quite giving with Borderlands 4 SHiFT codes since the game launched, offering players extra rewards during their gameplay. Although SHiFT codes and free items are nice additions, they aren’t Gearbox’s primary concern right now. The development team has already issued several Borderlands 4 updates to address issues and refine the gameplay, making a substantial improvement over the initial release.
