Many fans thought Naruto had died, but it’s later shown that Kawaki actually transported him and Hinata to a special dimension called Daikokuten, where time doesn’t move. Naruto is held within Kawaki’s own dimension, and most people believe he is deceased.

Hearing what Kawaki said, it’s pretty clear Naruto won’t be back anytime soon. Even if Jura attacks Konoha and tries to get to him, Kawaki won’t let Naruto out.
