Boruto: Ikemoto Has Already Confirmed Eida’s Fate

This article contains spoilers from the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga.

Recent episodes of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex suggest that several important characters, including Eida, are in serious danger. Eida has been living comfortably in Konoha under Daemon’s protection, but increasing threats indicate her safety won’t last, and she’s likely to face significant challenges soon.

Eida is incredibly powerful, with only the Otsutsuki clan and a handful of others able to withstand her abilities. However, the new Boruto: Two Blue Vortex storyline introduces a significant danger to her: Bug’s Shinju Clone, Mamushi. This formidable being, born from the God Tree, has been fixated on Eida since its creation, constantly unsettling her and forcing her to stay on high alert during Boruto’s battles against Jura and his forces.

Mamushi Is Eida’s Biggest Fear Now

Eida Avoids Mamushi As Much As Possible

  • Eida is Mamushi’s primary target.
  • Eida and Mamushi will fight each other.

The tension between Eida and Mamushi didn’t appear suddenly; it’s been growing ever since Eida awoke in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. Mamushi gets his power from a being named Bug, who was protecting a hidden laboratory where Eida and Daemon were being held. Like many others, Bug was captivated by Eida and couldn’t help but be drawn to her.

It’s not surprising that Mamushi immediately focused on Eida. Like all Shinju Clones, he’s instinctively drawn to her. In the world of Boruto, Mamushi’s sole desire is to absorb Eida and her unique genetic makeup. If he succeeds, it would mark the first instance of a Shinju Clone actually consuming their intended target.

Eida consistently shows a hint of fear around Mamushi, which is unusual for her otherwise calm personality. Because of this, she avoids using her Senrigan to observe Jura and the God Trees, worried it will immediately attract Mamushi’s notice. She simply doesn’t want to risk unnecessary danger, particularly if it could be life-threatening.

Mamushi Is Attacking Eida in Konoha

Eida Is Physically Weak

  • Daemon will protect Eida from Mamushi.
  • Mamushi will use Division to attack Eida.

I’m so hyped for the next chapter of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex! It looks like Mamushi is really going after Eida, and things are about to get crazy. The last chapter ended with him preparing a full-on attack using clones, which honestly feels super dangerous. Eida’s life might be on the line, and I can’t wait to see how it all goes down!

Eida will be facing a huge number of powerful copies created by Mamushi’s Division Jutsu, making it a battle of sheer numbers. Her protector, Daemon, is certain to jump into the fight and defend her. Chapter 28 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex promises to take the conflict to the next level, fully showcasing the power of Mamushi’s jutsu, as well as the incredible abilities of both Eida and Daemon.

Despite both Eida and Daemon being powerful, fans of Boruto believe Eida is in greater danger. She lacks fighting skills and is easily threatened by attacks, particularly from Mamushi. While she possesses an incredibly strong ability, she can’t always control it. Ultimately, Eida’s safety relies on Daemon and Boruto’s friends in Konoha protecting her.

Eida May Not Survive Mamushi’s Attack

Eida Could Be Killed Soon

In Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 27, Eida discussed the possibility of her own death, hinting at the impact of Mamushi’s attack on Konoha. If Eida were to die, it would significantly alter the situation. Specifically, if Mamushi absorbs her, the Shinju Clone could become much more powerful, potentially gaining the ability to use Eida’s unique visual jutsu.

I actually don’t think I’d mind anymore if you were the ones to kill me.—Eida to Sarada and Sumire

Eida’s death might send Daemon into a furious rage as he seeks revenge for his sister, and we haven’t yet seen how strong he truly is. It could also undo the current state of absolute power in Konoha, potentially returning things to how they were between Boruto and Kawaki.
