Jura is currently the strongest character in the series and poses an immense threat – he could destroy Konoha Village single-handedly. This means Boruto Uzumaki and his friends must act quickly and decisively to stop him.

Konoha is facing a growing danger that Boruto and the acting Hokage need to address. Kobu’s appearance suggests the Land of Fire’s feudal lord is losing faith in Shikamaru’s leadership, which could lead to significant conflict within the village. It’s becoming clear that the threat to Konoha may not come from Jura, but from internal disagreements and potential division among its own citizens.

For example, his choice to work with Boruto, who many believe killed Naruto, could damage his standing if it became public knowledge.

Since Naruto was sealed away, Shikamaru’s impulsive actions have drawn unwanted attention from the feudal lord and his advisor, Kobu. They mistakenly believe Shikamaru is working with Boruto to create problems for Konoha, not realizing his every move is actually designed to safeguard the village from Jura and the Shinju Clones.

Konoha has always faced challenges and overcome them, but the current conflict – a potential falling out between Shikamaru and the Fire Lord – is particularly dangerous. It could split the ninja village in two, with some supporting Shikamaru and others siding with the Fire Lord to uphold Naruto’s legacy. The Fire Lord might even use advanced technology to strengthen his power and take complete control of Konoha, and the resulting damage could be permanent.

Things are getting really complicated, and I’m worried the Yamanaka Clan might abandon Shikamaru. I can see Ino and Sai being the first to leave – they don’t really know what’s going on with Naruto, and they’re already questioning Shikamaru’s choices. Especially with Inojin caught in the middle, they’re terrified of putting him in danger, and absolutely won’t let Shikamaru use him to try and fix things politically.

Inojin is in a very dangerous situation. If he carries out Kashin Koji’s instructions and kills Kobu, he risks becoming a murderer. This would deeply upset Ino and Sai, who would likely never forgive Shikamaru for letting their son get involved in something so terrible.

Jura currently has a fondness for Konoha and doesn’t want to see it harmed. He views the village as a valuable resource for learning about humans and their way of life. Even Mamushi avoids damaging Konoha during his assault, understanding it would upset Jura. For now, bringing destruction to the village is out of the question.

Things are looking increasingly unstable in Konoha, and a civil war seems likely. Kobu’s investigations are already causing suspicion and could easily trigger internal conflict. Boruto’s frequent visits to the village are also raising concerns, particularly with the ninja he praised in Boruto: TBV Chapter 30 – we can expect to see more of them. If the village discovers Shikamaru is working with Boruto, the situation could quickly escalate, and it may be impossible to restore peace.
