Tailed Beasts are central to the world of Naruto, first appearing in the very first chapter by Masashi Kishimoto. The author later developed this concept significantly, particularly in the second half of the series. These incredibly powerful creatures were created by the Sage of Six Paths, Hagoromo Otsutsuki, as he was dying. He divided the chakra of the Ten Tails into nine parts and used a special technique to give them life. Since then, Tailed Beasts have played a crucial role in the Naruto universe, often through their connection with Jinchuriki.

As a long-time fan, I always loved how Naruto managed to befriend all the Tailed Beasts and really master their power – he was definitely the strongest user we saw in the original series! But honestly, the Boruto era has been amazing because we’re seeing even more powerful users emerge, like Jura, who are taking Tailed Beast abilities to a whole new level!

Naruto Was The Jinchuriki Of Kurama In Boruto

Naruto Uzumaki was born on the same day Konoha was attacked, an event that led to a difficult fate. To protect the village, his father, Minato Namikaze (the Fourth Hokage), sealed half of a powerful beast inside Naruto and kept the other half within himself. This gave Naruto immense power he would learn to control later, but initially caused him a lot of suffering due to the beast’s influence. Over time, Naruto gained the beast’s respect, and they eventually became friends and allies.

Ultimately, Naruto overcame his hatred and became friends with Sasuke. He also befriended all the other Tailed Beasts, who shared their power with him. This made him incredibly strong during the Fourth Great Ninja War, essentially giving him the power of the Ten-Tails and marking the peak of his abilities as a ninja.

In the original Naruto series, those who hosted Tailed Beasts – especially Naruto – were incredibly powerful. He simply had a better understanding and control over Tailed Beast abilities than anyone else. However, the Boruto series has introduced a new type of Tailed Beast power with the emergence of individuals who are Tailed Beasts themselves. This development has effectively made Naruto’s abilities seem outdated in comparison.

The Boruto series has unveiled some incredible new abilities, and one of the most interesting is a boosted version of the Tailed Beasts’ power – now appearing in humans. Before, Tailed Beasts and humans were distinct, with humans only able to contain a Tailed Beast – becoming known as the beast’s Jinchuriki, or vessel.

The Boruto series introduced a major shift with the character Jura, showcasing the idea of Tailed Beasts taking human form. Currently, the biggest threat in the series is actually the Ten Tails manifested as a person. Unlike Madara or Obito, who contained the Ten Tails’ power, Jura is the Ten Tails in human form. This makes him far more powerful than any previous host and one of the strongest beings ever seen.

The idea of Tailed Beasts taking human form is pretty complicated, and how it started in Boruto isn’t fully understood. What’s clear is that the Tailed Beasts have become much more powerful, and can now somehow take on human bodies.

Jura Is A Better User Of Tailed Beast Power Than Naruto

Jura’s Powers Surpass Naruto Uzumaki

As we’ve discussed, Jura is the Ten Tails manifested as a person, and that power is incredibly strong. It’s important to note that not all versions of the Ten Tails are the same. The Ten Tails seen in the original Naruto series was noticeably weaker than the one in Boruto. Just a fraction of this newer Ten Tails’ power allowed Jigen to easily defeat both Naruto and Sasuke simultaneously. This demonstrates that this current Ten Tails is even more powerful, which explains why Jura, as its host, is among the strongest characters ever created.

Naruto’s Daughter Will Go On To Surpass Him

I’m seriously excited about Himawari Uzumaki! I truly believe she’s going to become even more powerful with tailed beast energy than her dad, Naruto. It’s incredible – she’s essentially a Human Tailed Beast, and it’s not just Kurama inside her like with Naruto. They’ve become one being! Kurama still exists as his own entity within her, but the connection is so much stronger, creating a perfect synergy. Honestly, I think this means Himawari has the potential to blow even Naruto’s abilities with the tailed beasts out of the water!

Kurama’s rebirth has created many exciting possibilities for the future of the Boruto series, and it’s clear these new, human-like Tailed Beasts will play a significant role. We can probably expect to see the other seven Tailed Beasts appear as well, adding even more depth to the story. If they all transform into human forms, it could take Boruto to a whole new level.
