You know, seeing Sarada and Sakura interact really gets to me. Sakura wasn’t going to ask Sarada to give up her drive – that strength came from Sarada deciding she needed power to achieve her goals and protect the things she cares about. It’s awesome that Sakura recognizes and respects that; it’s like she’s saying, ‘That power is yours because you chose it.’ It’s a really powerful moment.

After years of watching Naruto, especially the characters of Sasuke and Itachi, I believe Sarada embodies the best qualities of both. She has Itachi’s kindness and willingness to put others first, combined with Sasuke’s strong will and determination.
