With Naruto’s story concluded, many fans feel relieved that Ikemoto won’t have the chance to further damage the character’s legacy, as some believe he already has. Given Ikemoto’s struggles to accurately portray beloved characters from the original series, fans hope he’ll avoid the main storyline. Many would prefer to see Kishimoto, the original creator, return with a new Naruto story, especially since he’s expressed interest in starting a new manga project.
