Amazon Are Treating Bosch And Bosch: Legacy As One Long Running Show For One Very Simple Reason

It appears that Amazon has combined Bosch and Bosch: Legacy into one series, which many creators and fans perceive as two distinct shows. To understand why this might have happened, let’s explore Amazon’s possible reasoning behind this decision. It seems that Amazon may be taking advantage of a cost-cutting strategy.

The production costs for each season of a show tend to increase, with the main cast receiving higher salaries. However, when one series concludes and a new one begins, the expenses return to their original level. By ending Bosch and starting Bosch: Legacy, Amazon could reset the cost structure.
