As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of horror gaming under my belt, I can’t help but feel a mix of excitement and nostalgia upon hearing about Boss Team Games‘ new projects based on the iconic Halloween 1978 film. Having grown up watching Michael Myers terrorize movie screens and later facing him in games like Dead by Daylight, it feels like coming full circle to learn that we might soon get to revisit this horror legend in a whole new way.

Based on a recent report from IGN, it appears that Boss Team Games is currently developing two fresh video games inspired by the iconic 1978 Halloween movie.

Among the upcoming games, one is set to be developed using Unreal Engine 5 and will have creative guidance directly from legendary director John Carpenter, who is famous for his work on the original film.

As a passionate gamer speaking here, I’m beyond excited to contribute to the revival of the iconic horror figure, Michael Myers, in this upcoming game. My aim is to give you a terrifying experience that will leave you shivering with fear!

Players may identify Boss Team Games as the publishing company for Evil Dead: The Game. Recently, Saber Interactive disclosed that the game’s content updates will conclude in September 2023.
