Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Tape 2 offers fewer puzzles compared to Tape 1, and it significantly reduces the amount of exploration required in Memoirs. The game appears more like a conclusion rather than a continuation. It neatly ties up loose ends, providing players with resolution regarding any lingering mysteries, such as the identity of the package sender.
Though the game might not have many traditional puzzles, it does present an initial challenge: packing a box. Fortunately, there’s no single correct method for packing this box, allowing players to experiment with various arrangements.
How to Pack The Box in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Tape 2
In Swann’s room, players can locate a box that serves as their starting point for the game’s Memoirs quest. Inside this box, you’ll find a 3x4x3 grid. Various items occupy varying amounts of space within this grid. For instance, the lunchbox requires six spaces in total (two at each level), while the spray can needs three spaces in a single row. Players also have the ability to rotate these objects, providing them with multiple ways to tackle the puzzle.
Attempt to accumulate multiple individual elements towards the end, as these can later be utilized to fill any empty spaces. Some of these elements will be required to reinforce larger-area items when there’s insufficient room for them at the present minimum level.
Where to Place Each Item in the Box in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Tape 2
Instead of the puzzles from Tape 1 that often revolve around deciphering combination locks, this puzzle offers unique challenges. By adhering to certain guidelines, players gain ample room for arranging their items in creative ways. The game begins with the placement of the lunchbox and cat food initially. These items occupy a space at every level and can be positioned together in a single row on top of the box. This leaves 2x4x3 open spaces to be filled.
While some items stack vertically occupying two spaces each, there are others that lay horizontally, only taking up one space. To utilize this feature, simply rotate your spray can 90 degrees so it lies flat at the bottom of the box with one edge touching the right side. Then, you’re free to place any other one-sided object in the now vacant right-side slot. Neatly tuck away your art supplies on this new arrangement, and voila! The awkward spray can shape is now out of sight and mind.
Players may now position their books at the vacant section in one corner and set the jar inside the open area within the box. This results in various individual items, which they are free to distribute throughout the box to occupy all the vacant areas.
Players can try out this configuration, then start a fresh game to finish the task within 3 minutes to earn one of the game’s many awards or trophies.
